摘 要:用电化学方法将γ-氨基丁酸聚合在玻碳电极(GCE)表面,制备了聚γ-氨基丁酸修饰电极(polyγ-aminobutyric acid modified electrode,P-γ-ABA/GCE)。探究了丹皮酚(paeonol,Pae)在此修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了测定丹皮酚的新方法。结果表明,在pH=7.0的Na_(2)HPO_(4)-NaH_(2)PO_(4)缓冲溶液(PBS)中,Pae的浓度与氧化峰电流在2.0×10^(-7)~8.0×10^(-5)mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数R为0.9927,检出限为8.0×10^(-8)mol/L。在样品Pae的测定中,回收率为96.3%~103.7%。该方法可用于实际样品的测定。Poly(γ-aminobutyric acid)modified electrode(P-γ-ABA/GCE)is prepared through electro-polymerization ofγ-aminobutyric acid on the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GCE).The electrochemical behavior of paeonol on P-γ-ABA/GCE is studied,and a new method for the determination of paeonol is established.The results show that good linear relationships between current intensity and paeonol concentrations are obtained in the ranges of 2.0×10^(-7)-8.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)under a Na_(2)HPO_(4)-NaH_(2)PO_(4)buffer solution with a pH value of 7.0,the correlation coefficient is 0.9927,and the detection limit is 8.0×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1).The modified electrode can be applied to detect paeonol with recoveries of 96.3%-103.7%.It is identified that this determination method can be used for the determination of actual samples.
