摘　　要：国家自然科学基金重大项目是围绕“四个面向”重大科学问题而开展的多学科交叉和综合性基础研究,在提升我国基础研究源头创新能力、推动科技与经济的深度融合等方面具有重要作用和意义。为适应当前深化国家自然科学基金体系改革的绩效评价要求,本文立足于重大项目的战略定位,以2019年度重大项目为对象,通过案卷研究、定量评价以及专家咨询等方法,对重大项目资助与管理绩效进行分析与评价,并提出几点政策性思考。The Major projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China are interdisciplinary and comprehensive basic research focusing on the major scientific issues of “four orientations”, which play an important role and significance in improving the Source innovation ability of China’s basic research and promoting the deep integration of science and technology and economy. Based on the current performance evaluation requirements of deepening the reform of National Natural Science Foundation of China system, this paper focuses on the strategic positioning of major projects, takes major projects in 2019 as the object, analyzes and evaluates the funding and management performance of major projects through file research, quantitative evaluation and expert consultation, and puts forward some policy considerations.
