摘　　要：联合基金项目是国家自然科学基金的重要组成部分,其战略定位为“面向国家需求,引导多元投入,推动资源共享,促进多方合作”。本文总结分析了2019—2020年度人口与健康领域联合基金项目申请、评审和资助情况,建议进一步加强项目指南研究方向的凝练,加强统筹与开放,践行成果贯通机制,促进资助成果落地,不断提升联合基金资助成效。As an important part of National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC), the strategic orientations of Joint Fund Programs are “to meet the needs of the country, guide diversified investment, promote resource sharing, and promote multi-party cooperation”. This paper summarized and analyzed the application, evaluation and funding situation of the Joint Fund Programs in the field of population and health in 2019—2020. In order to improve the funding effectiveness of the Joint Fund Programs, we recommend to further strengthen the summary of research direction for the project guideline, strengthen the overall planning and opening up, practice the achievement connection mechanism, and promote the implementation of the funding achievements.
