常见消毒剂对蛋鸡场水线消毒效果的研究

摘　　要：蛋鸡生产中,鸡舍水线的微生物含量是否达标与蛋鸡发病率、产蛋效率、产蛋质量等密切相关。为客观评价养殖常用消毒剂的消毒效果,合理制订蛋鸡养殖行业水线消毒程序并进行实践检验,选取7类养殖生产中常用的消毒剂进行水样消毒效果检测,据此制订蛋鸡场水线消毒方案,并在江苏省姜堰华杰养殖有限公司鸡舍内开展水线消毒方案的实施和效果评价。研究发现,三氯异氰尿酸、溴化二甲基二癸甲基烃铵、过氧化物类消毒剂能有效杀灭水样内所有微生物。使用三氯异氰尿酸粉对蛋鸡舍水线的消毒效果研究显示,依据国家标准,消毒前鸡舍水线菌落总数及大肠菌群不合格;对比2021年1月和5月两次实施水线消毒方案的效果评价结果发现,三氯异氰尿酸粉用于蛋鸡舍水线消毒效果较好,但在气温较高的季节应缩短消毒间隔至2 d内,每轮消毒中需重复用药3次以上才能取得较好的消毒效果。Whether the microbial content of the waterline in the chicken house is up to standard is closely related to the incidence rate of laying hens,laying efficiency and egg quality.In order to objectively evaluate the disinfection effect of commonly used disinfectants in breeding,reasonably formulate the water line disinfection procedure in laying hens breeding industry and carry out practical test,select 7 kinds of disinfectants commonly used in breeding production to test the disinfection effect of water samples,and formulate the water line disinfection scheme of laying hens farm,The implementation and effect evaluation of waterline disinfection scheme were carried out in a hen house of Jiangyan Huajie breeding Co.,Ltd.in Jiangsu Province.It is found that trichloroisocyanuric acid,dimethyl decyl methyl ammonium bromide and peroxide disinfectants can effectively kill all microorganisms in water samples.The study on the disinfection effect of trichloroisocyanuric acid powder on the waterline of egg hen house showed that compared with the national standard,the total number of colonies and coliform group of waterline of chicken house before disinfection were unqualified;Compared with the effect evaluation of the waterline disinfection scheme implemented twice in January and may 2021,it is found that trichloroisocyanuric acid powder has a good effect on the waterline disinfection of egg hen houses,but in the season with high temperature,the disinfection interval should be shortened to 2 days,and it needs to be repeated for more than 3 times in each round of disinfection to achieve a good disinfection effect.
