青海省湟源县羊泰勒焦虫病发病情况调查报告

摘　　要：羊泰勒焦虫病是由焦虫寄生在血液细胞中所引发的一种体内寄生虫疾病,不同于其他传染性疾病,该种血液原虫不能通过接触感染,必须通过蜱虫作为传播媒介才能实现传播。青海省湟源县有着悠久的羊养殖历史,羊养殖业发展过程中经常受到泰勒焦虫病的危害,严重影响羊的正常生长发育,甚至会造成大批量死亡。该文基于2019年到2020年连续两年对湟源县4个乡镇(城关镇、东峡乡、和平乡、巴燕乡)的养殖场进行羊泰勒焦虫病发病情况调查,对该病提出了科学防治计划。调查发现2019年到2020年湟源县羊泰勒焦虫病的总发病率分别在1.74%、1.27%,整体发生流行率呈逐渐下降的趋势,但是个别乡镇的发病流行率相对较高,仍需采取措施进行针对性防控。Sheep Taylor's coccidiosis is an internal parasitic disease caused by coke parasites in blood cells.Unlike other infectious diseases,this blood protozoa cannot be infected through contact,and must be transmitted through ticks.It can realize the spread of pathogens from sick animals to healthy animals.Huangyuan County,Qinghai Province has a long history of sheep breeding.During the development of sheep breeding industry,it is often endangered by Taylor's disease,which affects the normal growth and development of sheep,and even causes a large number of sheep to die.Based on the investigation on the incidence of theileriosis in sheep and goats from 2019 to 2020 in four towns of Huangyuan County Province(Chengguan,Dongxia,Heping and Bayan),a scientific control plan was proposed.The overall incidence of theileriosis was 1.74%and 1.27%in Huangyuan County sheep from 2019 to 2020.The prevalence of theileriosis was decreasing gradually,but it was relatively high in some villages and towns,still need to take measures for targeted prevention and control.
