大型水库流域畜禽养殖粪污资源化治理模式探讨——以资兴市为例

摘　　要：东江湖是湖南省的战略水源地,其水质好坏关乎湘江流域乃至全省的生态安全大局。资兴市为流域下游湖泊所在地,辖区流域面积占流域总面积比重的26%。而资兴市是生猪养殖大县,为了避免畜禽粪污对东江湖流域生态环境造成负面影响,亟需对畜禽粪污进行综合治理,进一步完善畜禽养殖粪污处理机制,促进畜禽粪污的资源化利用。文章分析了目前资兴市畜禽粪污的综合治理以及资源化利用方式,并且提出了加快禽畜粪污资源化利用的建议。Dongjiang Lake is a strategic water source in Hunan Province, and its water quality is related to the ecological security of the Xiangjiang River Basin and even the whole province. Zixing City is the location of the downstream lake of the watershed, and the watershed area under its jurisdiction accounts for 26% of the total area of the watershed. Zixing City is a large pig breeding county. In order to avoid the negative impact of livestock and poultry manure on the ecological environment of the Dongjiang Lake basin, it is urgent to carry out comprehensive management of livestock and poultry manure,further improve the livestock and poultry manure treatment mechanism, and promote the resource utilization of manure. This paper analyzes the current comprehensive management and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Zixing City, and puts forward suggestions for accelerating the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure.
