摘 要:为探讨百部乙醇提取物对虫害寄主作物的影响,利用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统,测定百部乙醇提取物对黄豆和黄瓜幼苗光合能力的影响。结果表明:在施药24~72 h,低质量浓度(0.25、0.50、0.75 g·L^(-1))的百部乙醇提取物大部分能促进黄豆和黄瓜幼苗叶片的光合能力,表观净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度及蒸腾速率大部分较对照组升高;高质量浓度百部乙醇提取物(1.00 g·L^(-1))抑制了黄豆和黄瓜幼苗叶片的净光合速率。随时间推移,在第72 h,百部乙醇提取物对植物幼苗的影响逐渐减弱,说明植株可能对逆境胁迫作出了防御,百部乙醇提取物对虫害寄主作物的影响有限。In order to explore the effects of Stemona ethanol extracts(SEE)on pest host crops,the effects of SEE on the photosynthetic capacity of soybean and cucumber seedlings were measured by Li-6400 Portable Photosynthetic Measurement System.The results showed that,at 24~72 h after application,low concentration(0.25,0.50,0.75 g·L^(-1))of SEE could promote the photosynthetic capacity of leaves of soybean and cucumber seedlings,and the apparent net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and transpiration rate were all higher than those in the control group;high concentration of SEE(1.00 g·L^(-1))inhibited the net photosynthetic rate of soybean and cucumber seedlings.With the passage of time,at the 72 h,the effect of SEE on plant seedlings gradually weakened,indicating that plants may have made defenses against adversity stress,and SEE has limited effects on insect-infested host crops.
