摘 要:针对黄河中下游小浪底-西霞院-下游河道汛期水沙联合优化调度问题,基于博弈论,以小浪底水库、西霞院水库及下游河道为研究对象,设置不同博弈情景,构建小浪底-西霞院-下游河道水沙资源分配博弈模型,计算2019年主汛期(7月1日—8月31日)不同博弈情景下各博弈方初始效益,并对大联盟合作博弈情景下的各博弈方初始效益进行再分配,探讨基于博弈论的小浪底-西霞院-下游河道水沙资源优化分配的可行性,为实现小浪底-西霞院-下游河道水沙资源优化分配与调度提供科技支撑。Aiming at the water-sediment coordinative optimized dispatch in the flood season between reservoirs located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River and the downstream river,based on game theory,this paper took Xiaolangdi Reservoir,Xixiayuan Reservoir and downstream channel as the research object,set different game scenarios and built a game model for the allocation of water and sediment resources in the Xiaolangdi-Xixiayuan-downstream channel.By calculating the initial benefits under different game scenarios in the main flood season of 2019(July 1-August 31),and redistributing the initial benefits under the grand coalition game scenario,this paper discussed the feasibility of the optimal allocation of water and sediment resources in Xiaolangdi-Xixiayuan-downstream channel based on game theory,which provided scientific and technological support for the optimal allocation of water and sediment resources in Xiaolangdi-Xixiayuan-downstream and the optimal operation of reservoir groups.
