生态承载力视角下黄河流域开发区演变趋势及产业集聚特征研究

摘　　要：黄河流域有近400个省级以上开发区,开发区的快速扩张在带动地方经济增长的同时,造成了土地供需矛盾突出、空间资源配置效率低、环境污染等问题。从生态承载力视角分析黄河流域开发区演化趋势以及主导产业分布特征。结果表明:黄河流域开发区集聚特征明显,数量与规模均明显增长,开发区集聚区域总体生态承载力下降;流域开发区呈东西走向分布,国家级开发区轨迹及重心向东偏移,省级开发区与总体开发区轨迹及重心向西南偏移;不同产业类型开发区空间分布存在差异,省级与国家级开发区主导产业结构差异较大,部分省份产业结构趋同化现象较明显。There are nearly 400 development zones above the provincial level in the Yellow River Basin.The rapid expansion of development zones not only drives local economic growth,but also causes problems such as prominent contradiction between land supply and demand,low efficiency of spatial resources allocation and environmental pollution.By establishing DPSIR model,this paper analyzed the evolution trend of development zones in the Yellow River Basin and the distribution characteristics of leading industries from the perspective of ecological carrying capacity.The results show that the agglomeration characteristics of the development zones of the Yellow River Basin are obvious,the quantity and scale are increased obviously,and the overall ecological carrying capacity of the agglomeration areas in the development zones has been decreased.The development zones are distributed in the east-west direction,with the trajectory and center of gravity of the national development zones shifting eastward,and the provincial development zones shifting southwest from the overall trajectory and center of gravity,increasing the dispersion degree.There are differences in the spatial distribution of different types of industrial development zones.The leading industrial structures of provincial and national development zones are quite different,and the phenomenon of industrial convergence in some provinces is obvious.
