体育文化教育视角下的农村体育发展思考

摘　　要：体育文化教育是农村体育长期发展的使命。当今农村体育文化教育障碍与缺失的症结在于:家庭、学校对体育文化教育的忽视;农村公共体育文化资源配置与管理服务途径不畅通;农村体育文化传承环境改变及其依赖。体育文化教育没有跟上体育运动的发展变化以及人们的体育需求,校门外的体育文化教育与学校形成断层,根深叶茂的传统乡土体育文化教育环境在农村社会并未形成,农村体育的发展仅靠外在物质补给远远不够,重建农村体育文化教育环境是农村社会体育生活保障的必然选择。农村体育文化教育的理想模式是:建立家庭、学校、社区(村落)和社会“四位一体”的农村体育文化教育体系。以社区(村落)为依托,以学校、家庭、社会为辅助与补充,在社区(村落)层面上开展体育文化教育活动是农村体育发展的有效路径。Sports culture education is the mission of the long-term development of rural sports.The obstacles and defects of sports culture education in rural areas are as follows:rural residents fail to do enough sports activities;public sports culture resources allocation and management service channels are not smooth;the inheritance environment of rural sports culture has changed.As a consequence,the sports culture education in rural areas has not kept abreast with the changes and cannot meet people's demands for doing sports.In addition,the rural traditional sports culture environment has not taken any shape due to sports education fault formed between outside and inside schools.Therefore,it is insufficient to develop rural sports by means of depending solely on external supplies such as providing sports equipment or building activity sites.Instead,the best choice for rural people to continue their sports life is to rebuild sports culture education environment.The ideal pattern of rural sports culture education is to establish an integral system composed of families,schools,village communities,and society.With families,schools,and society as supplement,an effective way for sports development in rural areas is to carry out sports culture education activities at the community(village)level.
