人民政协民主监督研究的脉络和趋势

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,随着人民政协在国家治理体系和治理能力现代化中地位和作用不断提升,作为人民政协三大职能之一的民主监督被赋予更多的历史使命,成为学术研究的热点话题。以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)445篇人民政协民主监督研究文献为样本,运用CiteSpace软件进行关键词共线聚类和突现词分析,构建研究趋势、热点和前沿的知识图谱。研究发现:人民政协民主监督研究主要经历了初始期、拓展期和发展期三个阶段;研究热点聚焦于民主监督的性质定位、功能、制度建设和本土化理论构建四大主题。在此基础上,提出了人民政协民主监督研究可能的拓展空间,即本土化理论构建、法治化建设和可持续发展三个方面。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the strengthening of the status and role of the CPPCC in China s national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity,democratic supervision,as one of the three major roles of the CPPCC,has been given an increasing amount of duty in its respective field,and has been a heated topic of discussion in academic research.This article takes 445 studies on the democratic supervision of the CPPCC from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database as samples,using the software CiteSpace to conduct keyword co-linear clustering and citation burst analysis to construct knowledge diagrams on research trends,focuses,and frontier questions in the study of democratic supervision.Study shows:research on the democratic supervision of the CPPCC underwent three major stages including the initial stage,expansion stage,and development stage;research focuses are concentrated on the four major themes of nature identification,functions,institutional construction,and localized theory construction.On this basis,this study proposes possible areas of expansion of research on the democratic supervision of the CPPCC,which are the construction of localized theories,legalization construction and sustainable development.
