全媒体时代大学图书馆流通书库优质管理的策略

摘　　要：全媒体时代,大学图书馆流通书库管理面临巨大挑战.在助力“双一流”大学建设过程中,大学图书馆须优化纸质资源管理,由“粗放式”向“精细式”“便捷式”转变,变“拥有”为“有用”;须优化读者服务管理,由“疏离式”向“嵌入式”“导引式”转变,变“盲点”为“亮点”;须优化流通部门馆员管理,由“慵懒式”向“动力式”“实力式”转变,变“劣势”为“优势”.In all-media era, the circulation stacks of university libraries are facing great challenges.During the process of keeping pace with the times and helping the construction of “double first-class” universities, it is necessary to optimize the management of paper resources, changing from being “extensive” to being“refined” and “convenient”,turning “possess” into “being useful”,to optimize the management of reader services, changing from “alienation” to “engagement” and “guidance”,turning “blind spots” into “bright spots”,to optimize the management of circulation librarians, changing from being “lazy” to being “dynamic” and “competitive”,turning “disadvantage” into “advantage”.
