历史人文视域下的虞山医派研究

摘　　要：虞山医派是江苏医学流派的重要组成部分,在常熟地区发展绵延数千年。明代赵开美版《仲景全书》出版为虞山医派成熟的标志,此书对后世江南乃至全国医家研习仲景之说具有重要意义。虞山医家不拘泥原书,根据江南实际情况,知常达变,促进了温病学的诞生。虞山医家医儒结合、广交贤友、兼容并蓄、知常达变、不墨守成规的特点,以及精诚合一之临证、治学精神,对传承发展仲景学说及促进温病学的诞生功不可没。Yushan Medical School is an important part of Jiangsu medical school,which has been developed in Changshu area for thousands of years.The publication of Complete Book of Zhang Zhongjing,which was written by Zhao Kaimei in the Ming Dynasty,was a sign of the maturity of Yushan′s medical school.This book is of great significance to the study of Zhongjing′s theory by medical scholars in Jiangnan and even the whole country.Physicians in Yushan School did not stick to the original book,but based on the actual situation of the south of the Yangtze River,they knew how to develop the TCM theory and promoted the birth of the study of febrile diseases.The characteristics of Yushan′s medical family is the combination of medicine and Confucianism,the wide range of virtuous friends,the inclusiveness of medical thoughts,the flexibility in medication,and the creativeness,as well as the clinical and academic spirit of sincere integration,have contributed to the inheritance and development of Zhongjing′s theory and the promotion of the birth of febrile disease.
