摘　　要：皮肤干燥症是气血津液不通不荣肤表的外候,外感风、燥、火,内伤饮食、劳倦、七情、年老体衰等,或损伤肺脏,或其他脏腑功能失调,累及于肺。肺脏津气燥伤,宣降失司,玄府闭塞,气血津液不能输布肌肤,进一步表现为皮肤干燥症。辨证应首辨外感及脏腑内伤,详察外感病邪性质及内伤脏腑病位,精研脏腑之虚、实、寒、热。临证从外邪袭肺、脾肺两虚、肺肾阴虚、心肝火旺、胃肠燥结等证论治。Skin xeroderma is an external condition in which Qi,blood and body fluids are blocked and the skin surface suffers from shortage of nutrient acquisition.Exogenous factors such as Wind,Dryness,Fire as well as internal injuries such as diet,fatigue,abnormal seven emotions,old age and physical aging,or any Zang or Fu viscera′s dysfunction,invade or damage the Lung,inducing the dried and damaged Lung fluids,the abnormal condition of the going out or going in of Qi as well as the blocked sweat holes.When blood and body fluids cannot be transported to the skin,dry skin would be manifested.In syndrome differentiation exogenous pathogens and internal injuries of the Zang-Fu viscera should be identified first,namely,the nature of the pathogens caused by exogenous pathogens and the location of the internal injury to the viscera should be carefully observed,so as to study the deficiency,excessiveness,Cold or Heat conditions of the viscera.The treatment is based on syndromes such as external pathogens attacking Lung,deficiency of Spleen and Lung,deficiency of Lung and Kidney Yin,Fire of Heart and Liver,and Dryness of Stomach and Intestines.
