摘  要:目前大庆长垣油田已进入特高含水后期开发阶段,动态非均质性加剧,剩余油分布高度零散、液油比急剧升高,操作成本持续攀升,持续高效开发面临着巨大挑战。通过深入剖析特高含水后期水驱开发在剩余油表征、拓展新井潜力、控制老井递减及套损防控4个方面面临的技术难题,提出了4项技术对策:一是发展以小尺度高精度智能表征为核心的新一代精细油藏描述技术;二是发展以“水驱层系井网调整+二三结合”为核心的新一代层系井网优化技术;三是发展以动态非均质调控+单砂体挖潜为核心的新一代综合调整技术;四是发展以大数据及地应力分析为核心的新一代套损防控技术。研究成果明确了多层非均质砂岩油田特高含水后期控含水控递减关键技术的发展方向。At present,Daqing Placanticline oilfield has entered the late development stage of ultra-high water cut,with dynamic heterogeneity intensified,remaining oil distribution highly scattered,liquid/oil ratio increased rapidly,operating cost rising continuously,and sustainable and efficient development facing huge challenges.Through indepth analysis of 4 technical challenges faced by water flooding development in the late stage of ultra-high water cut including remaining oil characterization,expanding potential of new wells,controlling production decline of old wells and casing damage prevention and control,4 main technical solutions are put forward:the first is to develop a new generation of reservoir description technology with small-scale and high-accuracy intelligent characterization as the core,the second is to develop a new generation of strata series well pattern optimization technology with“water flooding strata series well pattern adjustment and the combination of two and three”as the core,the third is to develop a new generation of comprehensive adjustment technology with dynamic heterogeneous control and single sand body potential tapping as the core,and the fourth is to develop a new generation of casing damage prevention and control technology with big data and in-situ stress analysis as the core. The research determines the development direction of key technologies for controlling water cut and production decline in the later stage of ultra-high water cut in multi-layer heterogeneous sandstone oilfields.
