摘  要:为确保高纯锗伽玛谱仪测量的可靠性,对其影响因素进行了分析建模,主要分析了计数统计误差、仪器稳定性、源位置一致性、测量样品源的半衰期、γ发射几率、刻度源活度和全能峰效率七个因素,并利用C++builder、Access数据库和MCNP设计了仿真软件进行计算,所得数据与实验验证结果有很好的一致性。可知影响高纯锗伽玛谱仪测量可靠性最主要因素有刻度源活度和全能峰效率,需在实际测量中选用误差小、活度大的刻度源,减少人为的操作误差,来提高测量可靠性。仿真软件可用于实验室高纯锗伽玛谱仪测量及可靠性评估,能够提高测量的时效。In order to ensure the reliability of the HPGeγ spectrometer, the influencing factors were analyzed and modeled, and the simulation software was designed for calculation. The obtained data were in good agreement with the experimental results. The results show that the most important factors affecting the measurement reliability of the HPGeγ spectrometer are the activity of the scale source and the efficiency of the total energy peak. It is necessary to select the scale source with small error and high activity in the actual measurement to reduce the artificial operation error and improve the measurement reliability. The simulation software can be used for the measurement and reliability evaluation of the HPGeγ spectrometer in the laboratory, which can improve the measurement time.
