摘 要:铜街子水电站计算机仿真系统已投运10年以上,为更好的满足水电站值班人员开展仿真培训、技能鉴定和技能竞赛的需求,需对该系统功能进行优化升级,达到仿真与现场实际相一致的效果,使运行值班人员通过仿真培训即能掌握现场设备的实际操作和故障分析处理技能,切实达到学以致用、练以致用的目的。同时为水电行业技能鉴定和集团公司技能竞赛提供更好的平台支持。系统为此完成了以下功能的研发创新:监控系统光字报警及简报信息分类完善,开关站、厂用电及机组二次电压动态模型,机组励磁调节器建压及递升加压动态模型,开关站线路及旁路光纤保护装置动态模型,主厂用变保护装置动态模型,顶盖排水控制系统及排水动态模型,机组调速系统动态模型,机组压力流道动态模型,新研发优化66个故障处理动态模型。The computer simulation system of Tongjiezi Hydropower Station has been put into operation for more than 10 years. In order to meet the needs of simulation training, skill identification and skill competition, the functions of the system need to be optimized and upgraded, the operators on duty can master the skills of the actual operation and failure analysis and treatment of the equipment on the spot through the simulation training, to achieve the purposed of "learning for practical use and practicing for proctical use". At the same time, it provides better platform support for hydropower industry skill appraisal and group company skill competition. The system has completed the following functions of research and technological innovation: the improvement of the monitoring system highlight word alarm and bulletin information classification, the dynamic model of secondary voltage of switchyard, auxiliary power and unit, the dynamic model of excitation regulator voltage build-up and step-by-step pressurization, the dynamic model of line and bypass optical fiber protection device in switchyard, the dynamic model of protection device of main auxiliary transformer, the roof drainage control system and drainage dynamic model, the dynamic model of unit speed control system, the dynamic model of pressure channel of unit, and the 66 newly developed and optimized faults handling dynamic models.
