摘  要:为研究静置储粮状态下钢筒仓贮料侧压力分布规律,基于ABAQUS软件二次开发,采用邓肯-张模型描述小麦粮食贮料的材料属性,并考虑贮料与仓壁的相互作用建立粮食贮料钢筒仓有限元模型进行贮料侧压力数值模拟,并将模拟结果与中、欧、美筒仓设计规范进行了对比分析。结果表明,实仓静态侧压力模拟结果与实仓试验测试结果吻合较好,验证了有限元方法的适用性,邓肯-张模型能较好地描述粮食贮料的材料属性;随储粮深度的增加,仓壁静态侧压力呈非线性增大;不同高径比钢筒仓仓壁侧压力模拟值与各国规范计算值分布规律基本一致,有限元数值模拟可以正确反映筒仓受力情况;数值模拟结果与中国规范计算值更为接近,欧美两国规范因侧压力系数取值过大导致侧压力计算结果偏大。以上研究对粮食贮料筒仓结构的安全设计和精细化数值模拟具有重要意义。In order to study the lateral pressure distribution of steel silo under static storage, the Duncan-Chang model was used to describe the material properties of wheat grain storage based on the secondary development of ABAQUS software. Considering the interaction between storage and silo wall, a finite element model of grain storage steel silo was established to simulate the lateral pressure of storage. The simulation results were compared with the design specifications of China, Europe and the United States. The results show that the simulation results of static lateral pressure are in good agreement with the test results. And the deviation(absolute) value is less than 10%, which verifies the applicability of the finite element method. Duncan-Chang model can better describe the material properties of grain storage materials. With the increase of grain storage depth, the static lateral pressure of the silo wall increases nonlinearly. The lateral pressure simulation of steel silos with different height to diameter ratios is basically the same as that of the national codes. The finite element numerical simulation can correctly reflect the stress condition of silos. The numerical simulation results are more close to the calculation values in China. The results of lateral pressure calculation in the European and American codes are too large due to the excessive side pressure coefficient. This study is of great significance to the safety design and refined numerical simulation of grain silo structure.
