摘 要:专业实习是深化产教融合、校企协同育人的重要途径,是旅游管理类应用型人才培养的必修环节。文章使用描述性统计分析、相关性分析、回归分析等方法,对旅游管理类专业学生的实习满意度和留职意愿进行研究。研究发现:旅游管理类专业学生的实习满意度评价总体处于一般水平,实习薪酬是影响学生实习满意度的主要因素,学生实习后愿意继续留在实习单位工作的意愿不强烈;实习满意度与留职意愿存在显著的相关关系,实习环境、实习内容、学校管理显著正向影响学生的留职意愿,实习报酬和实习成长对学生留职意愿的影响不显著。Professional internship is an essential way to deepen the integration of production with industry,and the collaborative education between schools and enterprises.It is also a compulsory phase of the training program for applied talents in tourism management field.This paper conducted the descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other analytical methods to study the internship satisfaction and retention intention of undergraduates majoring in tourism management.The study shows that the internship satisfactory degree of tourism management undergraduate students runs at a general level.Intern salaries are the major factor affecting trainee students’ internship gratification.Trainees are less willingness to ask for full-time position in the internship unit after internship.There is a significant correlation between internship gratification and retention intention.The workplace environment,internship description and school administration have significant positive impacts on students’ retention intention.Whereas the effect of internship remuneration and professional development on interns’ retention intention is not remarkable.
