西安某高校教职工幽门螺旋杆菌感染现状分析

摘　　要：目的 了解西安某高校教职工幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)的感染现状,为进一步筛查干预及后期教职工健康管理提供依据。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年6月西安某高校接受C呼气试验的3 688名教职工,分别比较不同性别、不同年龄段教职工Hp感染率。结果 3 688名教职工中Hp阳性者1 259例,感染率34.14%,其中男性感染率为35.81%,女性感染率为32.26%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.161,P =0.023)。不同年龄段教职工Hp感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.815,P =0.037),且在50~岁组及60~岁组男性Hp感染率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.150、3.908,P =0.013、0.048)。结论 西安某高校教职工Hp感染率低于中国自然人群感染率,且与性别及年龄均有关。ObjectiveTo investigate the infection status of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) among staff in a university in Xi’an City, so as to provide the evidence for the further screening, intervention and staff health management.MethodsA total of 3 688 university staff that underwent 14C breath test in a university in Xi’an City from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects. The differences of Hp infection rates between/among different gender and age groups in them were compared.ResultsAmong the 3 688 staff, 1 259 cases were HP positive, and the infection rate was 34.14%, of which the infection rate of men was 35.81% and that of women was 32.26%, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (χ^(2)= 5.161, P = 0.023). There was a significant difference in the HP infection rate of the staff among different age groups (χ^(2)= 11.815, P = 0.037), and the HP infection rates of men in the 50-year-old group and 60-year-old group were higher than those of women (χ^(2)= 6.150, 3.908, P = 0.013, 0.048).ConclusionThe HP infection rate of staff in a university in Xi’an City is lower than that of natural population in China, and it is related to gender and age.
