摘　　要：中央苏区法律文献主要包括国家法、行政法、刑法、民法、经济法、司法制度、司法文献、法理文献等八大类系统,从形式上看,这些文献内容全面、重点突出;从内容上看,兼具阶级性、民主性、群众性。整理和研究中央苏区法律文献,对于深化和细化中央苏区法制建设研究具有重大意义。要在宏观与微观相结合、静态分析与动态考察相结合、拓宽领域与转换视野相结合的过程中,充分利用中央苏区法律文献,持续加强中央苏区法制建设研究。The legal documents in the Central Soviet Area mainly included eight systems,including national law,administrative law,criminal law,civil law,economic law,judicial system,judicial documents and legal theory documents.From the form,these documents were comprehensive and focused,and in terms of the content,they were class,democratic and mass.Sorting out and studying the legal documents of the Central Soviet Area was of great significance for deepening and refining the research on the legal construction of the Central Soviet Area.We should make full use of the legal documents of the Central Soviet Area and continue to strengthen the research on the legal construction of the Central Soviet Area in the process of combining macro and micro,static analysis and dynamic investigation,broadening fields and changing horizons.
