针刺调控下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴防治乳腺癌癌前病变的选穴思路探讨

摘　　要：通过梳理针刺调控下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴(HPGA)进而改善激素紊乱以治疗乳腺增生的相关研究,结合现代医学HPGA与中医肾—天癸—冲任轴系统的密切对应关系,以及中西医对乳腺癌癌前病变病因病机的认识,探讨针刺防治乳腺癌癌前病变的选穴思路。认为从调控HPGA角度,可选天宗、关元、足三里;从调控肾—天癸—冲任轴角度,可选肾俞、乳根、关元、足三里;基于乳腺癌癌前病变病因病机,可选肝俞、膻中、天宗、屋翳。临证综合针刺上述穴位,或可有效遏制或逆转乳腺癌癌前病变。Through collecting and analyzing relevant studies on treatments of breast hyperplasia by regulating the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis(HPGA)and ameliorating hormonal disorders with acupuncture,and based on the close correspondence between HPGA in modern medicine and kidney-Tiangui-Chongren axis in traditional Chinese medicine,and in view of the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of breast cancer precancerous lesions in traditional Chinese and western medicine,the points selection thought in acupuncture for prevetion and treatment of breast cancer precancerous lesions was discussed.It is suggested that for regulating the HPGA,Tianzong(SI11),Guanyuan(RN4),and Zusanli(ST36)can be selected.For regulating the kidney-Tiangui-Chongren axis,Shenshu(BL23),Rugen(ST18),Guanyuan(RN4),and Zusanli(ST36)can be selected.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of breast cancer precancerous lesions,Ganshu(BL18),Danzhong(RN17),Tianzong(SI11),and Wuyi(ST15)can be selected.Acupuncture at the above points may effectively suppress or reverse the breast cancer precancerous lesions.
