摘　　要：马胜教授针对粉刺性乳痈常致患者形神共病的特点,提出“形神兼调”的治疗方法。治形强调寒凝、气滞、痰阻、气血亏虚是常见致病因素,故治阳以化阴、治气以消肿、治痰以消痈、气血兼调以固本;治神着眼于患者焦虑、忧思、自卑等不良情绪,采用疏肝畅神、养心安神、健脾守神、医患共调等方法。临床常用小柴胡汤、阳和汤、苓桂术甘汤等方剂,以及麻黄-肉桂、白芥子-半夏、白蔹-白及等药对。In light of the fact that plasma cell mastitis often leads to both physical illness and spiritual illness,Professor MA Sheng proposes the treatment method of“simultaneous regulation of body and spirit”.In treatment of the body,he emphasizes that cold coagulation,qi stagnation,phlegm obstruction,and qi and blood deficiency are the common pathogenic factors of the disease,and advocates treating yang to dissipate yin,treating qi to dissipate swelling,treating phlegm to eliminate carbuncle,regulating qi and blood to consolidate the root.In treatment of spirit,he focuses on the patients'anxiety,worry,inferiority and other negative emotions,and uses the following methods:soothing the liver and smoothing the spirit,nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the spirit,strengthening the spleen and keeping the spirit,and doctor-patient cooperation.He often uses the prescriptions such as Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤),Yanghe Decoction(阳和汤),Linggui Zhugan Decoction(苓桂术甘汤)and couplet medicinals such as Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba)-Rougui(Cinnamomi Crotex),Baijiezi(Sinapis Semen)-Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Bailian(Ampelopsis Radix)-Baiji(Bletillae Rhizoma),and so on.
