摘　　要：2022年2月爆发的俄乌冲突是21世纪以来极具影响力的地缘政治事件。俄乌冲突的影响已经远远超出了两国关系的范围,随着美国等西方国家对俄罗斯实施前所未有的全方位制裁,俄乌冲突及制裁引发的连锁反应进一步向全球扩散,必将对全球安全、国际秩序及全球治理产生深刻长远的影响。在世纪疫情叠加百年大变局的背景下,俄乌冲突爆发以来亚太地区及东北亚地区地缘政治经济形势急剧变化,东北亚区域合作面临的挑战进一步增多。为深入分析俄乌冲突爆发后的东北亚地区政治经济形势新变化,本刊编辑部连续召开了两次相关领域专家学者座谈会,并选择五位专家修改后的发言稿进行刊登,分别剖析了俄乌冲突对东北亚地缘政治环境的影响、对中国的经济影响、对中俄经贸合作的影响,以及俄乌冲突与日本区域合作战略新调整、韩国对外经济战略调整,希望能够促进新形势下的东北亚区域国别问题研究。The Russia-Ukraine conflict that broke out in February 2022 is the most influential geopolitical event since the beginning of the 21st century.The impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict has gone far beyond the scope of bilateral relations.As the US and western countries have imposed unprecedented all-round sanctions on Russia,the chain reaction caused by the RussiaUkraine conflict and sanctions has further spread to the world,and will surely have a profound and long-term impact on global security,international order,and global governance.In the context of the changes unseen in a century compounded by the COVID-19 epidemic,the geopolitical and economic situation in the Asia-Pacific region and Northeast Asia has undergone dramatic changes since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict,and regional cooperation in Northeast Asia has faced increasing challenges.For further analysis on the conflict between Russia and Ukraine after the outbreak of new Northeast Asia political and economic situation changes,the editorial department of Northeast Asia Forum held two symposiums with experts and scholars,and selected five speeches of the experts,respectively analyzed the Russia-Ukraine conflict and its impact on Northeast Asia geopolitical environment,China’s economy,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia,as well as the relationship between the Russia-Ukraine conflict and Japan’s regional cooperation strategy and ROK’s foreign economic strategy adjustment,hoping to promote the study of Northeast Asian regional country issues under the new situation.
