摘　　要：目的:运用Rodgers演化概念分析法对孕产妇分娩恐惧(FOC)的概念进行澄清。方法:系统检索中国知网、万方、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library等数据库,根据纳入标准,选取38篇文献。应用Rodgers的理论框架,将孕产妇FOC的概念从概念演化、概念属性、相关概念、先决条件和影响因素、结局、典型案例、测评工具方面进行剖析。结果:孕产妇FOC有对分娩直接的恐惧感、可识别的原因、客观反应、主观反应和有回避或克服FOC的应对措施这五个概念属性。先决条件和影响因素包括社会人口学、心理等方面。结论:孕产妇FOC的概念国内外尚未统一,还需要进一步探索,以便更好地识别FOC,促进优生,降低剖宫产率。Objective:To clarify the concept of childbirth fear in pregnant women by Rodgers’evolutionary concept analysis method.Methods:Databases including CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library were searched systematically.Thirty-eight articles were included according to inclusion criteria.The concept of maternal fear of childbirth was analyzed by Rodgers’theoretical framework in terms of conceptual evolution,attributes,related concepts,antecedents and influence factors,outcomes and typical cases.Results:Fear of childbirth had five conceptual attributes,i.e,direct feeling of fear of childbirth,identifiable causes,objective reactions,subjective reactions,and measures to avoid or overcome childbirth fear.The antecedents and influencing factors included sociodemographic,psychological,aspects and so on.Conclusion:There are no agreements of the concept of childbirth fear both at home and abroad.Further researches should be conducted to better identify the fear of childbirth,promote eugenics and reduce the rate of cesarean section.
