摘　　要：白细胞介素(IL)-24/黑色素瘤分化相关基因7是IL-10家族成员之一,主要表达于脾脏、胸腺及外周血单个核细胞和正常的人类黑色素细胞。IL-24具有多种生物学功能,不仅可通过抑制肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移及血管形成发挥抗肿瘤作用,还具有强大的免疫调节功能,参与多种炎症性、自身免疫性及变应性皮肤病的发病。因此,深入研究其具体机制有助于临床工作者认识疾病的发生、发展及转归,为疾病的临床诊治提供新的理论依据。Interleukin(IL)-24/melanoma differentiation-associated gene 7 is a member of the IL-10 family.Which is mainly expressed in spleen,thymus,peripheral blood mononuclear cells and normal human melanocytes.IL-24 has a variety of biological functions,which not only plays an anti-tumor role by inhibiting tumor growth,invasion,metastasis and angiogenesis,but also exerts powerful immunoregulatory functions,involved in the pathogenesis of a variety of inflammatory,autoimmune and allergic skin diseases.Therefore,in depth study of its specific mechanism will help the clinical workers to recognize the occurrence,development and prognosis of the diseases,and provide new theoretical references for the clinical treatment.
