摘  要:脓毒症的病理生理机制复杂,为严重感染引起的机体反应失调和免疫紊乱而导致的多器官功能障碍,严重时可引发脓毒性休克。尽管对脓毒症采取积极的治疗,其病死率仍高居不下。胞外体为细胞分泌的囊泡,可通过携带信使RNA、微RNA和蛋白质等物质进行细胞间信号交流,改变受体细胞的表型与功能。胞外体可调节脓毒症的炎症反应并修复其受损的器官功能,在脓毒症脏器功能保护方面发挥着重要作用。因此,探究胞外体与脓毒症之间的关系,可能对脓毒症的早期预防与治疗有重要意义。Sepsis is a complex pathophysiological process,which is a multiple-organ dysfunction caused by body reaction disorder and immune disorder due to severe infection,and may even induce septic shock.Despite of aggressive treatment of sepsis,its mortality remains high.Exosomes are vesicles secreted by cells,which communicate between cells through the substances such as messenger RNA,microRNA and proteins carried by them,and change the phenotype and function of recipient cells.Exosomes play a significant role in the organ function protection of sepsis by regulating the inflammatory response and repairing its damaged organ function.Therefore,exploring the relationship between exosomes and sepsis may be of great significance for the early prevention and treatment of sepsis.
