摘　　要：阴茎再造是修复重建外科中重要的器官再造术,主要修复因先天畸形、外伤、感染、肿瘤和性别转换中存在的阴茎发育不良及缺失。目前手术是阴茎再造的主要途径。阴茎具有独特的生理功能,不仅要考虑恢复正常外观,更要考虑排尿及性生活的维持,因此阴茎再造手术一直是整形外科医师的重大挑战。目前的治疗方法较多,但各种方法均存在一定的优缺点,且在适应证的选择上存在差异。除了传统皮瓣法,异体移植、组织工程等技术的发展也为阴茎再造提供了更多的治疗手段。Penile reconstruction is an important organ reconstruction in repair and reconstruction surgery.It mainly repairs penile dysplasia and loss due to congenital malformation,trauma,infection,tumor and gender conversion.At present,surgery is the main method of penile reconstruction.The penis has unique physiological function,which requires not only to restore its normal appearance,but also maintain the urination and sexual life.Therefore,penile reconstruction has always been a major challenge for the plastic surgeons.At present,there are many treatment methods,but all have own pros and cons,and differences in the selection of indications.In addition to the traditional flap method,the development of allogeneic transplantation and tissue engineering has also provided more therapeutic means for penis reconstruction.
