摘  要:ATP结合盒转运蛋白A1(ABCA1)作为一种以ATP为能源进行物质转运的膜蛋白,其主要作用是通过介导细胞内脂质的外流来维持细胞脂质稳态。ABCA1与载脂蛋白结合参与高密度脂蛋白的形成,是胆固醇逆转运(RCT)的关键,其介导的胆固醇流出被认为是影响体内脂代谢的重要因素,故基于ABCA1介导的RCT可能是未来治疗动脉粥样硬化的一个重要方向。但该过程作用机制极其复杂,因此通过整合国内外ABCA1的研究现状可为后续ABCA1的进一步探索提供理论基础。ATP-binding cassette transporter A1(ABCA1),as a membrane protein that uses ATP as an energy source for substance transport,its main role is to maintain cellular lipid homeostasis by mediating the efflux of intracellular lipids.ABCA1 binds to apolipoprotein to participate in the formation of high density lipoprotein,which is the key to reverse cholesterol transport(RCT),and its mediated cholesterol efflux is considered to be an important factor affecting lipid metabolism in the body,so ABCA1-mediated RCT may be an important direction for the treatment of atherosclerosis in the future.However,because the mechanism of action of this process is extremely complex,therefore,it is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the further exploration of ABCA1 by integrating the research status of ABCA1 at home and abroad.
