摘  要:目前,血运重建是急性心肌梗死最主要的治疗方法,血管开通后导致的心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)被认为在冠心病中具有有害作用。微RNA(miRNA)在MIRI的发展中至关重要。miRNA已被确定为MIRI中的关键调节分子,调控miRNA的异常表达可以减轻MIRI。目前miRNA在MIRI中的调控机制尚不完全清楚。MIRI时miRNA的表达水平发生变化,通过调节相关靶基因减少MIRI,为MIRI的预防和治疗提供新的靶点。For acute myocardial infarction,revascularization is currently the main treatment method.Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)caused by vascular opening is considered to have harmful effects in coronary heart disease.MicroRNA(miRNA)is essential in the development of MIRI.miRNA has been identified as a key regulatory molecule in MIRI,and regulating the abnormal expression of miRNA can alleviate MIRI.At present,the regulatory mechanism of miRNA in MIRI is not fully understood yet.The expression level of miRNA changes during MIRI,and regulating related target genes reduces MIRI and provides new targets for the prevention and treatment of MIRI.
