摘 要:随着新生儿重症监护技术的发展,早产儿出生率和生存率逐步提高。但早产相关并发症发生率也随之升高,如支气管肺发育不良、早产儿脑损伤、早产儿视网膜病、新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎仍是婴儿死亡率和长期发病率的主要原因。目前尚缺乏预防或治疗这些疾病的有效疗法。间充质干细胞(MSCs)因具有归巢能力、旁分泌、免疫调节和抗炎等作用,已广泛用于人类各种疾病的治疗,但其在早产相关疾病中的研究较少。未来MSCs成功应用于临床治疗仍需大规模的临床试验。In recent years,with the progress of neonatal intensive care technology,the survival rate of preterm infants is improving,while the incidence of preterm birth related diseases has also been increasing,for example,bronchopulmonary dysplasia,brain injury in preterm infants,retinopath of prematurity,neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis are still the main causes of infant mortality and long-term incidence.At present,there are no effective therapies to prevent or treat these diseases.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have been widely used in the treatment of various human diseases because of their homing ability,paracrine,immune regulation and anti-inflammatory effects.However,few studies have been done on premature birth related diseases.The successful application of MSCs in the clinical treatment in the future still needs large-scale clinical trials.
