补肾壮骨汤对膝骨关节炎患者临床效果及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨补肾壮骨汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎对患者西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)总分及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2019年5月至2021年5月以来我院收治的82例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各41例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予补肾壮骨汤治疗。观察分析2组治疗疗效、WOMAC评分、骨代谢指标水平及生活质量评分等。结果 治疗前2组患者WOMAC评分比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后与对照组比,研究组WOMAC评分相对较低(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组疗效较高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组血清骨钙素(BGP)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、软骨寡聚基质蛋白(COMP)及骨保护素(OPG)等多项骨代谢指标水平改善程度相对较高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组生活质量评分相对较高(P<0.05)。结论 膝关节骨性关节炎患者接受补肾壮骨汤治疗能有效增强治疗疗效,使患者骨代谢指标水平得到显著改善,并能促进患者多种临床症状缓解,从而使患者的生活质量得到进一步提升,可推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction on the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) total score and quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 82 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and control group(n=41).The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group was given Bushen Zhuanggu decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,WOMAC score,bone metabolism index and quality of life score of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in WOMAC score between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,compared with the control group,the study group had a lower WOMAC score(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement degree of bone gla protein,cartilage oligomeric matrix protein,osteoprotegerin and other bone metabolism indexes was relatively higher in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality-of-life score of the study group was relatively higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,significantly improve the level of bone metabolism indicators,and promote the relief of a variety of clinical symptoms,so as to further improve the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis,which can be popularized.
