摘 要:鞭毛运动是广泛存在于细菌中的一种运动方式,其运动表型由细菌的遗传特性和生存环境共同决定。细菌可借助鞭毛运动建立优势生态位,在致病菌感染及传播中发挥重要作用,其可介导细菌黏附、趋化、定植、侵袭,促进细菌生长。依据运动方式不同,鞭毛运动可分为游泳运动和群集运动。细菌的运动行为及鞭毛相关基因的表达受多种因素的调控,因此研究细菌的运动机制与调控方式,可以为临床细菌感染防治策略的研发提供新思路;此外,还可采用合成生物学的方法控制细菌的运动性,开发以细菌为底盘的生物制剂,为疾病的研究提供新材料。Flagellar motility widely exists in bacteria,and its motor phenotype is determined by the genetic characteristics and living environment of bacteria.Bacteria could establish the dominant ecological niche through flagellar motility,which plays an important role in the infection and transmission of pathogenic bacteria,including mediating adhesion,chemotaxis,colonization and invasion,and promoting bacterial growth.Flagellar motility is mainly classified as swimming and swarming according to the different movement styles.The movement behavior of bacteria and the expression of flagellar related genes are regulated by multiple factors.Therefore,study on the mechanism and regulation of flagellar motility may provide new ideas for prevention and treatment of bacterial infection.In addition,we can control the motility of bacteria with synthetic biology,and develop biological agents with bacteria as chassis,providing new materials for the disease research.
