摘 要:应用检测牛病毒性腹泻病毒(bovine viral diarrhea virus, BVDV)与牛肠道病毒(bovine enterovirus, BEV)抗原的双抗体夹心ELISA试剂盒,分别对2019-2020年采集于吉林省5个地区的738份粪便样品进行检测,并以PCR和免疫荧光试验对部分样品进行了确证。结果显示,吉林省不同地区、不同年龄及不同品种的牛群均存在BVDV与BEV混合感染,其中,BVDV感染率为10.26%~42.65%,BEV感染率为8.33%~20.83%,2种病毒的混合感染率为3.42%~14.71%。对不同品种牛群BVDV与BEV混合感染的检测结果显示,荷斯坦牛混合感染率为13.04%、西门塔尔牛为7.84%、延边牛为3.65%、利木赞及其他牛群为3.42%。检测不同年龄牛群混合感染的结果显示,各个年龄牛群均存在不同程度的BVDV与BEV混合感染,其中,成年牛群混合感染率高达57.63%,犊牛混合感染率为3.39%。PCR和免疫荧光试验检测结果显示,在BVDV与BEV混合感染的样品中均可同时扩增出或检测出BVDV与BEV的混合感染。本研究首次揭示出吉林省牛群的BVDV与BEV混合感染,丰富了BVDV及BEV感染的流行病学数据,为吉林省乃至国内BVDV与BEV感染的净化及防控提供了流行病学的理论基础。In order to understand the prevalence and mixed infections of BVDV and BEV in Jilin Province,the double-antibody sandwich ELISA kits for bovine viral diarrhea virus,and bovine enterovirus antigens were used separately to detect BVDV and BEV in fecal specimens collected from cattle herds in Jilin Province from 2019 to 2020.PCR and immunofluorescence assay were employed to confirm the BVDV and BEV isolates from the representative samples.Detection of total738 samples by ELISA revealed the existence of co-infection of BVDV and BEV in all cattle herds from different regions,ages,and breeds.The infection rates for BVDV and BEV were 10.26%-42.65%,and 8.33%-20.83%,respectively,with a BVDV and BEV mixed infection rate of 3.42%-14.1%.BVDV/BEV mixed infections were detected in all cattle breeds with the highest infection rate of 13.04% in Holstein cattle,followed by Simmental cattle(7.84%) and Yanbian cattle(3.65%).A varied of BVDV/BEV mixed infection rates were also revealed on cattle at different ages,with a 57.63% coinfection rate in adult cattle and 3.39% in calves.Virus isolation and immunofluorescence assay further confirmed that both BVDV and BEV viruses were successfully isolated,demonstrating that BVDV and BEV indeed coinfected the cattle.The results from this study discovered the mixed infection of BVDV/BEV in cattle in Jilin Province,which enriches the epidemiological data on BVDV/BEV co-infection,and laid the basis for prevention and control of these viral infections.
