肺炎克雷伯菌所致奶牛肺炎的病原分析及治疗

摘　　要：采集具有呼吸道症状2岁龄奶牛鼻拭子,分离病原菌,通过生化试验和16S rDNA序列分析进行鉴定,并进行致病性试验、药敏试验、多重耐药性分析与治疗试验。结果显示,经16S rDNA鉴定,在84份样品中分离到32株肺炎克雷伯菌,分离率38.1%(32/84)。分离株具有较强的致病性,在致死小鼠的实质器官中均分离到肺炎克雷伯菌。32株分离株对恩诺沙星敏感率最高(96.875%),部分肺炎克雷伯菌对一些常用抗菌药物表现出多重耐药,对氨苄西林、多西环素、复方新诺明、头孢唑啉的耐药率较高,并且部分耐药性强的菌株表现出较近的亲缘关系。在治疗试验中,恩诺沙星和麻杏石甘散联合应用对肺炎克雷伯菌所致奶牛肺炎治疗效果最佳,这为肺炎克雷伯菌所致奶牛肺炎的治疗提供了参考。In order to explore the causes of dairy cow pneumonia,and formulate relevant treatment measures,the samples were collected,the pathogens were isolated and identified by biochemical test and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis.Pathogenicity test,drug sensitivity test,multi-drug resistance analysis and treatment experiment were carried out.The results showed that a total of 32 Klebsiella pneumoniae strains from 84 samples were isolated by 16 S rDNA,the isolated rate was 38.1%(32/84).The isolates were highly pathogenic,Klebsiella pneumoniae was isolated in the parenchymal organs of lethal mice.The 32 isolates had the highest sensitivity rate to enrofloxacin(96.875%).The partial Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates had multiple drug resistance to some commonly used antibacterial drugs and their drug resistance rates to ampicillin,doxycycline,compound sulfamethoxazole and cefazolin were higher,and partial strains with strong drug resistance had a close genetic relationship.In the treatment experiment,the combined application of enrofloxacin and Maxing Shigan powder had a good therapeutic effect on the treatment of pneumonia in dairy cows caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae.This study provides a reference for the treatment of pneumonia in dairy cows caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae.
