摘　　要：大学学科治理现代化是推进现代化大学治理结构改革和推动高等教育内涵式发展的重要组成部分。大学学科治理现代化的目标是促进多元主体参与、增强学科科学决策能力、实现精准化治理。以信息技术为代表的互联网在大学学科治理现代化过程中扮演着越来越重要的角色。互联网不仅以自身开放平等、效率效能、互动透明的特点和属性与大学学科治理现代化的目标要求高度契合,而且通过赋能、赋权、赋信学科治理,推动传统的大学学科治理向现代化的大学学科治理转型。The modernization of university discipline governance is an important part of pushing ahead with the reform of modern university governance structure and pushing forward with the connotative development of higher education. The goal of the modernization of university discipline governance is to promote multiple entities’ participation, enhance the scientific decision-making ability of disciplines, and achieve precise governance. The Internet, represented by information technology, plays an increasingly important role in the modernization of university discipline governance. The Internet not only highly conforms to the goals and requirements of the modernization of university discipline governance with its own characteristics of openness, equality, efficiency, interaction and transparency, but also promotes the transformation of traditional university discipline governance into modern university discipline governance through empowering and enabling it.
