摘　　要：现有创业模型对大学生创业的理论研究和实践指导有一定的指导意义,但由于国别创业环境、适用对象差异等原因,还不能很好反映大学生创业的过程特点,需要构建符合中国国情的体现大学生创业特点的创业模型。在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上,结合大学生创业特点和创业现状,通过现场考察、案例分析,多方征询和问卷调查,探索构建大学生创业模型,以期丰富大学生创业理论研究成果,对大学生创业实践活动有所指导。The existing entrepreneurship model has certain guiding significance for the theoretical research and practical guidance of college students’entrepreneurship.However,due to the differences in entrepreneurship environments and applicable objects of different countries,it cannot well reflect the process characteristics of college students’entrepreneurship.It is necessary to build an entrepreneurship model that reflects the characteristics of college students’entrepreneurship in line with China’s national conditions.Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics and current situation of college students’entrepreneurship,this study explores and constructs a three-level and 14-element college students’entrepreneurship model through on-site investigation,case analysis,multi-party consultation and questionnaire survey,in order to enrich the theoretical research results of college students’entrepreneurship and offer guidance on college students’entrepreneurship practice.
