摘　　要：我国农产品质检机构数量众多但检测水平参差不齐,因此农产品检验检测机构的整合问题日益受到社会各界广泛关注。以A检测机构为例,分析其整合过程及整合优势,再根据四省210份农产品质检机构的实地调查数据,实证检验农产品质检体系建设各要素对农产品质检机构整合程度的影响。结果表明,政策认知程度、有毒有害保健津贴、实验室总面积对农产品质检机构的整合程度产生正向影响;政府委托检测经费、绩效工资差距、检测用车数量则负向影响农产品质检机构的整合程度。基于此,提出重视机构整合进度、提高政策认知程度和合理配置政府委托检测等政策建议,为进一步稳定和加强农产品质检体系提供理论依据。The number of agricultural product inspection institutions in China is large,but the level of testing is uneven,so the integration of agricultural product inspection and testing institutions is increasingly concerned by all walks of life.A testing institution was taken as an example to analyze its integration process and integration advantages,and then the effects of various elements of agricultural product quality inspection system construction on were empirically tested the integration degree of agricultural product quality inspection institutions according to the field survey data of 210 agricultural product quality inspection institutions in four provinces.The results showed that the policy cognition degree,toxic and harmful health care allowance and the total laboratory area had positive effect on the integration degrees of agricultural product quality inspection institutions.Government-commissioned testing expenses,performance wage gap and the number of testing vehicles negatively affect the integration degree of agricultural product quality inspection institutions.Finally,based on the above conclusions,corresponding policy suggestions were given,which provided a basis for further stabilizing and strengthening the agricultural product quality inspection system.
