围手术期护理质量对腹膜后肿瘤患者并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜后肿瘤(RPT)围手术期护理质量对减少患者并发症的临床价值。方法搜集2017年1月—2018年11月收治的335例RPT患者为观察组,予以高质量护理干预,搜集2015年2月—2016年12月收治的236例RPT患者为对照组,给予常规护理干预,回顾性比较两组患者术后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组出血、肠瘘、胰瘘、尿瘘、胃瘫、深静脉血栓(DVT)、肠梗阻并发症共24例,显著低于对照组的37例,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.52,P<0.05);观察组肠瘘发生6例,显著低于对照组的13例,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.95,P<0.05)。结论围手术期高质量护理对减少RPT患者术后并发症具有重要的作用。Objective To explore the clinical value of high-quality perioperative care for retroperitoneal tumours(RPT)in reducing patient complications.Methods Three hundred and thirty-five patients with RPT admitted from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the observation group and given high-quality nursing interventions;two hundred and thirty six patients with RPT admitted from February 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the control group and given conventional nursing intervention,and the incidence of postoperative complications was compared retrospectively between the two groups.Results There were 24 cases of bleeding,intestinal fistula,pancreatic fistula,urinary fistula,gastroparesis and deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and intestinal obstruction complications in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 37 cases in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.52,P<0.05);six cases of intestinal fistula in the conventional group were significantly lower than the 13 cases in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.95,P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality perioperative nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with RPT.
