摘  要:中煤华晋集团有限公司王家岭选煤厂为提高浮选工艺环节的智能化水平,在二期生产厂房进行了煤泥浮选系统智能化升级改造,增设了智能化浮选控制系统。通过新增浮选过程参数检测传感器将浮选过程参数数字化、可视化,经过模糊逻辑处理及专家系统分析,并由控制器驱动执行部件动作实现浮选过程参数的智能化调控。智能化浮选控制系统完成调试并正式投入运行后,工人劳动强度得到降低、浮选精矿产率得到提高、吨原煤药剂消耗得到降低,最终实现王家岭选煤厂二期主厂房浮选生产系统生产过程智能化、经济效益最大化。In order to improve the intelligence level of overall flotation process link in the coal preparation plant,China Coal Huajin Group Co.,Ltd Wangjialing Coal Preparation Plant has carried out an intelligent upgrade of coal slime flotation system in the second phase production plant,and added an intelligent flotation control system to perform an intelligent upgrade of coal slime flotation system.The flotation process parameters are digitized and visualized by adding new flotation process parameter detection sensors,while the sensor parameters are collected to the controller,then after fuzzy logic processing and expert system analysis,the controller output drives the action of actuating parts to achieve the purpose of intelligent regulation and control of flotation process parameters.After the intelligent flotation control system is commissioned and put into operation,the labor intensity of workers will be reduced,the flotation yield of flotation concentrate will be improved,and the consumption of chemical agents per ton of raw coal will be reduced,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of intelligent production process and maximizing economic benefits of the flotation production system in the main plant of Wangjialing Coal Processing Plant PhaseⅡ.
