摘 要:为了进一步掌握重介选煤悬浮液中磁性物智能化监测和调节的关键性技术,沙曲选煤厂在重介智能化改造过程中,对工艺流程进行了优化;笔者通过对磁性物流动情况进行分析,阐述了重介选煤智能化对磁性物变化环节精准管控的有效举措。结果表明:在主再洗、净化回收及密度调节等环节中进行单独监控,有效提高重介选煤悬浮液磁性物含量的控制精度,降低了生产工艺各个环节的介质损耗,取得了良好的经济效益。In order to further master the key technology of intelligent monitoring and regulation of magnetic substances in suspension of heavy medium coal preparation,the process flow ofShaqu Coal preparation Plant was optimized in the process of intelligent transformation of heavy medium.Based on the analysis of the flow of magnetic substances,the author expounds the effective measures of the intelligent heavy medium coal preparation to accurately control the change of magnetic substances.The results show that the control precision of magnetic substance content in suspension of heavy medium coal preparation can be effectively improved by separate monitoring in main rewashing,purification recovery and density regulation,and the medium loss in each link of production process can be reduced,and good economic benefits can be obtained.
