摘 要:以黑龙江鹤岗低阶煤为原料、不同软化点的沥青作为粘结剂进行混捏成型,经炭化和水蒸气活化制备低阶煤基活性焦。实验结果表明:沥青粘结剂添加量的增加会使活性焦的力学性能增强,吸附性能下降;低软化点沥青粘结剂制备活性焦易获得更发达的孔隙结构、高吸附性能,但成型活性焦的力学性能较差;高软化点沥青粘结剂制备的活性焦吸附能力较低,但具有更加优异的力学性能。以低阶煤为原料,软化点180℃的沥青为粘结剂,同时添加量达到15%时,所制备的活性焦比表面积达到536 m^(2)/g,压缩强度为16.6 MPa,并且SO_(2)吸附量达到48 mg/g,NO的吸附量达到14 mg/g。Activated cokes(ACs)were prepared using the low-rank coal from Hegang,Heilongjiang Province as a raw material and the pitch with different softening points(SP)as a binder through the molding,carbonization and steam activation processes.The results showed that the mechanical properties of ACs increased as increasing the adding amount of pitch binder,but the adsorption properties of ACs decreased.Besides,the ACs prepared from the binder pitch with low SP had a developed porosity while poor mechanical properties.Meanwhile,the ACs prepared from binder pitch with high SP had a low adsorption capacity while excellent mechanical properties.In this work,the AC prepared from the low-rank coal adding the 15%binder pitch with SP of 180℃appeared a specific surface area of 536 m 2/g and a compressive strength of 16.6 MPa.Moreover,the corresponding AC had high SO_(2) adsorption capacity of 48 mg/g and NO adsorption capacity up to 14 mg/g.
