摘　　要：梳理了2022上半年再生资源行业发展的运行态势,主要包括废钢、废铜、废铝、废纸和废塑料等重点品种的价格变化情况,分析了政策环境对行业发展的影响,提炼了发展新亮点,提出加强完善的资质条件和能力建设、提升安全环保意识、提升行业信息化水平以及通过细分品种增强企业发展内生动力等建议。The paper combed the development trend of resources recycling industry in the first half of 2022,mainly including the price changes of key varieties such as scrap steel,scrap copper,scrap aluminum,waste paper and waste plastics,analyzed the impact of policy environment on the industry,highlighted several new strengths,and proposed to improve the qualifications and capacity-building,the awareness of safety and environmental protection,industry standardization level and enhance the inner motivation of enterprise development based on subdivision varieties.
