摘 要:以南方果园生草栽培中常见的草种黑麦草、高羊茅、紫花苜蓿、三叶草为材料,设置0(纯净水)、0.3%、0.6%、0.9% 和1.2%这5个盐胁迫(NaCl溶液)浓度,通过比较种子萌发和幼苗生长情况来评价4种草种的耐盐性,为含盐量高的果园土壤生草栽培提供参考依据和建议。结果表明:在试验设置的盐胁迫处理下,高羊茅的平均相对发芽率表现最佳,其平均相对发芽率为82.10%;黑麦草的平均相对苗长最长,为93.02%;三叶草平均相对根长最长,为79.20%。通过隶属函数比较,4种草种的耐盐性强度表现为:黑麦草最强、高羊茅次之、紫花苜蓿最弱。This experiment has set five concentrations of salt stress,0 (purified water,CK),0.3%,0.6%,0.9% and 1.2% NaCl solution,to compare the seed germination and seedling growth of four kinds of orchard grasses (Lolium perenne,Festuca arundinacea,Medicago sativa,Trifolium pratense) under such conditions as well as to determine their salt tolerance,which could provide reference and suggestions for orchard grass cultivation in high salt content soil.The results showed that under the given salt stress,the average relative germination rate of Festuca arundinacea was the highest,up to 82.10%;Lolium perenne had the longest average relative seedling length of 93.02%;Trifolium pratense had the longest average relative root length of 79.20%.By comparing the membership function,the salt tolerance strength of the four grass species was in the order of Lolium perenne > Festuca arundinacea > Trifolium pratense >Medicago sativa.
