摘 要:为了解巩留野果林野生果树邻近土壤丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi,AMF)物种多样性及分布密度,以新疆野苹果(Malus sieversii)和新疆野杏(Armeniaca vulgaris)为研究对象,采用湿筛倾析法分离土壤中的AMF孢子并进行分类鉴定。结果表明:新疆野苹果和新疆野杏2树种邻近土壤中分别鉴定出18和17种AMF;新疆野苹果邻近土壤AMF孢子密度(46 CFU/25 g土)显著高于新疆野杏邻近土壤AMF孢子密度(25 CFU/25 g土)。综合来看,巩留野果林2树种邻近土壤AMF资源丰富,树种不同其AMF种类和密度也有所不同。In order to understand the species diversity and distribution density of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in the adjacent soils of two wild fruit trees in Gongliu wild fruit forest,Malus sieversii and Armeniaca vulgaris were used as the research objects.AMF spores in the soils were isolated by wet sieve decantation for identification.It was found that there were 18 and 17 species of AMF in the adjacent soil of M.sieversii and of A.vulgaris,respectively;the AMF spore density in the adjacent soil of M.sieversii was significantly higher than that of A.vulgaris (46 CFU/25g soil vs.25 CFU/25g soil).In general,AMF resources in the adjacent soils of the two tree species in Gongliu wild fruit forest were rich,and the AMF types and densities were different between tree species.
