摘　　要：目的:分析改良鸟巢式护理联合腹部环形按摩对新生儿生理性黄疸消退的促进效果及对血清对氧磷酶(Phosphorus enzyme for oxygen,PON1)的影响。方法:择取2018年10月至2021年9月期间我院收治的112例新生儿生理性黄疸患儿为研究对象,随机分组。两组患儿均给予蓝光照射治疗,对照组给予改良鸟巢式护理,观察组增加腹部环形按摩。对比两组患儿黄疸消退情况、氧化应激反应、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患儿血清胆红素水平、胎便转黄时间、黄疸消退时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清PON1水平高于对照组,丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿生理性黄疸患儿应用改良鸟巢式护理联合腹部环形按摩效果确切,能够有效促使黄疸消退,减轻氧化应激反应,调节血清PON1、MDA水平,降低并发症发生率,具备较高的临床推广应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of improved bird nest nursing combined with abdominal ring massage on the physiological jaundice regression of neonates and the effect of serum paraoxonase(PON1).Methods:a total of 112 children with neonatal physiological jaundice admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects and grouped randomly.Both groups were treated with blue light irradiation,the control group was treated with improved bird's nest nursing,and the observation group was added abdominal ring massage.The promoting effect,oxidative stress response and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The serum bilirubin level,the time of fecal yellowing and jaundice resolution in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum PON1 level in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)level was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved bird nest nursing combined with abdominal ring massage is effective in neonates with physiological jaundice,which can effectively promote jaundice subside,reduce oxidative stress response,regulate serum PON1 and MDA levels,and reduce the incidence of complications.It has high clinical application value.
