摘  要:目的:探究糖尿病肾病(Diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者糖原合成酶激酶3β(Glycogen synthase kinase3β,GSK-3β)水平、尿微量白蛋白(Microalbumin,mAlb)水平与肾功能损害程度的相关性。方法:选取我院2018年5月至2020年10月期间收治的111例DN患者,依据简易肾脏指数评分(Simplified Renal Index,SRI)分为轻度肾功能损伤组(n=43)、中度肾功能损伤组(n=36)、重度肾功能损伤组(n=32);并分析GSK3β、mAlb、血肌酐(Serum creatinine,Scr)、血尿酸(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、糖化血红蛋白(Glycated hemoglobin A1C,HbA1c)与肾功能损害程度的相关性。结果:经有序多分类Logistic回归分析,GSK-3β、mAlb、Scr、BUN、HbA1c水平与肾功能损害程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:GSK-3β、mAlb、Scr、BUN、HbA1c水平与DN患者肾功能损伤程度呈正相关关系,可作为评估DN患者肾功能损伤的实验室指标。Objective:To investigate the relationship between Glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β)level,urinary microalbumin(mAlb)and renal function damage in diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients.Methods:A total of 111 patients with DN from May 2018 to October 2020 in our hospital were selected and divided into mild renal injury group(n=43),moderate renal injury group(n=36)and severe renal injury group(n=32)according to simplified renal index(SRI).The correlation between GSK-3β,mAlb,serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glycated hemoglobin A1C(HbA1c)and the degree of renal function injury was analyzed.Results:The levels of GSK-3β,mAlb,Scr,BUN and HbA1c were positively correlated with the degree of renal impairment by ordered multiple logistic regression analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:GSK-3β,mAlb,Scr,BUN and HbA1c level are positively correlated with the degree of renal function injury in DN patients,which can be used as laboratory indicators to evaluate renal function injury in DN patients.
