摘  要:在乳房皮下大量注射人工材料导致皮肤变薄、破溃的病例较为少见,其处理极为困难,现有方法均会破坏血供,难以避免乳头、乳晕及变薄区域皮肤坏死。中国医学科学院整形外科医院乳房整形中心于2021年7月和11月收治2例不明人工材料注射隆乳术后出现皮肤变薄和破溃的病例,采用水动力系统喷射装置辅助手术进行治疗,利用水流的冲击作用,可以有效清除散布于皮下浅层及部分深层人工材料的同时,保护乳房皮肤及乳头、乳晕的血供。Cases of breast skin thinning and lesion after augmentation mammoplasty by the injection of artificial filler were rarely reported.They are extremely difficult to treat with conventional methods,which will damage the blood supply and lay the risk of the necrosis of the nipple-areola complex(NAC)and the thin area of the skin.This paper introduces 2 cases of breast skin thinning and lesion after augmentation mammoplasty by the injection of unknown artificial filler in Plastic Surgery Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College in July and Novemeber 2021 respectively.With the water-jet force system assisted surgery,the artificial filler scattered in the subcutaneous superficial and partial deeper layers was effectively removed with the impact of water flow,while avoiding the compromise of blood supply and necrosis to the NAC and the breast skin.
