摘 要:探讨科技服务业的特性和模块化的可行性,从价值链理论视角分析科技服务模块化的生成机理、设计原则和具体方法。将科技服务解构为一系列相互依存的价值活动单元,对科技服务模块化,使得各模块可以独立运行,同时模块间通过标准化接口进行更为高效的协作,提升科技服务业价值创造的能力和效率。以技术转移服务为例,分析了科技服务模块化设计的实施过程。Based on the kernel consistency between value chain theory and science and technology service industry, this paper analyzed the generation mechanism, design principle and specific methods of modularization of scientific and technological services embedded in value chain theory according to the characteristics of science and technology service industry and the feasibility of modularization. By deconstructing of science and technology services into a series of interdependent value activity units, the modularized segmentation of science and technology services enables each module to exercise its functions independently. At the same time, the more efficient cooperation between modules is carried out through standardized interfaces, so as to enhance the ability and efficiency of value creation of science and technology services industry. Taking technology transfer service as an example, this paper analyzes the implementation process of modular design of science and technology service in detail.
