新目标新定位下的温州养老照护模式研究

摘　　要：我国已经逐步进入人口老龄化社会,养老照护是一个重要议题。梳理现有养老照护相关文献,回顾了温州养老总体情况,对温州养老现状进行了调研,从政府引领、强化社区作用、养老机构多元个性化服务、提高家庭主力照护技能、个人积极主动作为五方面构建了基于“重要窗口”新目标新定位的“老有所养、老有所依、老有所乐、老有所安”养老照护模式。Since China has gradually entered the aging society,elderly care is becoming an important issue.This paper explores the existing literatures related to elderly care,reviews the overall situation of elderly care inWenzhou,investigates the current situation of elderly care inWenzhou,constructs an elderly care model of“providing for the elderly,relying on the elderly,enjoying the elderly and being safe”based on the new goal and new positioning of“important window”from five aspects:government leading,strengthening of community role,diversified personalized services of pension institutions,family care skills improvement,individual initiative.
